My experience was online.The item I purchased was delivered quickly,with ease of access to follow.However,as this was my first purchase, I was led to believe that I would get a 10% discount.This was not applied to me in this instance.It wasn't the money I was saving more the principle of the thing that irked.Thus,the 3 star rating.If there was any way of redressing on my next purchase,that would more than satisfy me.
