I am always very impressed with the quality of the goods which I buy from Kilkenny Shop and with the service I receive from your customer service.
The only thing I have an issue with is the amount of packaging which is used. I think you need to source smaller boxes for smaller purchases. I received one diffuser refill in a box which was approx 2ft long x 1 ft deep x 1 ft wide. There's always way too much packaging. I know you want to prevent things from breaking, but it's truly overkill.
