Firstly I sent a gift to someone and forgot to ask for a gift receipt as the price will be shown when sent. I reached out to ask could I get this done and simply got ignored with no reply. I ordered it over a month ago and it was returned to sender and all I got was a quick email asking if I wanted it resent or a refund, no context or nothing terrible service. My item still hasn't been delivered a month later. Alisha was very apologetic and helpful yet I'm getting a feedback survey before a reply. Whole delivery service is a joke
