I placed an order for twenty five items to the value of 655 euros and when I opened the boxes there were 7 items missing. There was no delivery docket or itemized list. I had purchased these for Prize Giving event. Had I not opened the boxes and checked prior to the event it would have been extremely embarrassing. I spent the next day trying to replace the order shortfall.
