Goods are promptly delivered, are well packaged and the company is accessible and easy to deal with. Also very obliging over the phone , compared with some large, well-known, non -Irish companies, who make it near impossible to get in touch with them if there is a problem. You can't beat the personal touch and Kilkenny design have this in spades.
