I ordered some items on November 14th, the shipping said it would take 2-3 working days. I received the confirmation email etc. Its the 6th of December and I still don't have my order. Shocking. So I rang them after the first two weeks had passed, quoted my order number and the lad on the phone said, "yup, I can see that order but it hasn't been acted on yet, eh you should have it in 4-5 working days." Like a fool, I believed him. Don't order from Kilkenny online for Christmas.
