I ordered glasses which arrived broken. Ordered new ones through customer service. I was guaranteed I would have them on the Thursday as I needed them for a present on Friday. Did not arrive on Thursday. Didn’t arrive till the following Tuesday. I always try to support Irish but don’t think I will be using Kilkenny Design again.
