I bought gin glasses and they are beautiful and were well packed but one of them arrived completely shattered. We could hear it before we opened the box so we recorded the unboxing to show that it arrived broken. I contacted them right away about a week ago and they haven’t answered yet. Not happy with the customer support at all.
