Hi, I ordered my item 3 weeks ago and was told that the gift got lost in transit and I was offered to cancel order. I emailed back to say I still want the gift as it’s an urgent wedding gift for a family member. I haven’t received any update on the 2nd delivery /order to say it’s processing and when it will be with me. The wedding has now passed so I’m a little embarrassed that I am missing part of my gift. If the delivery was going to take this long I would not have ordered.
