I would just recommend more information being provided about the delivery of the item. I think when I bought the "free as a bird" pendant via your UK website I was sent more emails about when to expect my item. I ended up emailing your customer services on day 7 and I think it was delivered that evening. I only comment on this because unfortunately all our deliveries get thrown a reception and it's quite a faff to find parcels.
