I ordered three Lemongrass sets. I received Lavender. I have phoned customer service three times and emailed. No return phone call. Email offering 50% discount.
Please think carefully before ordering from Kilkenny. The customer service is appalling.
The only assistance I was offered is that I will get a refund if I return the items to the warehouse. Never again.
