I ordered a bedspread set and before dispatch, I tried to stop it as I wanted to change the size. I sent two emails, neither of which were responded to, despite receiving automated replies with a confirmation that I would receive a response within 24 hours. I do not live in the Republic of Ireland and am still waiting on a response for return.
