I very much appreciated the personal customer service response while I was initially shopping for an item. SInce I was unfamiliar with this company and was purchasing a sort of pricey item, it was reassuring to know that Kilkenny Design was responsive to communication. The purchase process went well, and the shipping took a reasonable time considering it was an international purchase.
