I would give it 5 but I sent an email regarding some discrepancies in my order and I didn't even get an acknowledgement. I ordered a gingerbread house which was supposed to have two trees attached outside the front door,. One was found loosely in the bag and the other was nowhere to be seen. I sent an email asking if I could get the second tree posted across so I could attach it. Secondly, I ordered a male chef gonk for a friend but received the female one instead. Not ideal as it was for an elderly male friend. I checked the label and it had a barcode for the male chef gonk attached to the female one. Thankfully all of my glassware arrived in perfect condition and looks beautiful.
