I purchased two of these beautiful candles in the Christmas Tree. Unfortunately the one I’m keeping for myself does not light, I’ve checked batteries, connections etc but no luck. I’ve kept it and put a tea light on top but not as nice. The second one is a present for someone so I won’t know until they open it if it’s working ok
