Was in Kilkenny Design in Galway last evening and it was very busy. I purchased items worth €140 as a Christmas present - not cheap, but there was nobody to wrap my gift upstairs. One lady was asked and she politely stated that she was off at 6 and did not have time. Then along comes Ciara, a young beautiful pleasant girl with a wonderful smile who assured me she would wrap my gift. No problem. And she did. She took her time and made my expensive gift look twice the price. This lady actually made my evening in Kilkenny Design. It is because of her 'Can Do' attitude that I would go back there again.
