I ordered a package that was to be a present for Christmas. After 2 weeks of waiting and tracking the package I contacted the shipping company who confirmed that the package had been registered with them but they had not yet received the package.
I then decided to contact Kilkenny design. I finally got through to an external customer service who said they would pass on my message. Later that day I received an email which didnt address my issue, they just resent my tracking number. I replied and had to re-explain the issue and ask why it has taken so long and when it will be here.
I was told I would have to wait until the new year for my package to be shipped with no indication of when I can expect it to be shipped. Over all I found the customer service experience dismissive.
I completely understand Christmas is a hectic and busy period and I would have been much more understanding if customer service had been more attentive.
