The jackets I ordered are in good shape and I like it very much. But the convenience of shopping for international customers is not that great on this website. For starter, when I found out the size of the jacket I ordered didn't suit me Kilkenny didn't offer me a free exchange. I had to cancel and find a shipper on my own to send it back. This is very expensive and painful coz international package shipping cost for individuals is very high as compare to commercial organization. Kilekenny should either offer free exchange or at least provide return shipping at discounted price that commercial organizations can get.
