Ordered 5 sets of crystal glasses, which were packed poorly. Glasses were broken in two sets. Emailed asking for replacements. Finally got a response asking to send photos. Once received, was told they would send it after Christmas. I get it, but not ideal for a Christas gift. Haven't received a further notification. I'm sure everything will be fine, just the difference between dealing with a company in the US vs across the ocean. That said their crystal is beautiful and an excellent value for the price I paid.
