My experience was v good although some of the items purchased were not exactly as expected.. eg..scarf I purchased Powder brand was to come with lovely Powder packaging however it could not fit into the bag I received with it.
However customer service was excellent as I called enquiring re when I might receive items as I needed to post onwards and the person I dealt with was extremely professional and helpful.
