I ordered a large online order and it took over two weeks to arrive - the slowest online order I did ahead of Christmas by far. It is just too long and I would not risk it again. I ordered a gold bracelet which was tiny, more like a childs but this was unclear in the description. There was no receipt in the box with the items but they took the online order as a receipt (this had to be approved by a manager).
