Hello. It was very easy to order online from Canada. Shipping was quite quick too considering it was the Christmas season. However, although the package was marked "GLASS" , 3 of my crystal glasses arrived smashed and one of my teacups had the handle broken off. I am awaiting my replacements now. I must say the customer service was very responsive and I appreciate that they will make this right. Perhaps better packaging for overseas shipping is in order.
