I have been purchasing from Kilkenny for many years, both on line and in store and have been happy with your service. I like to buy Irish where possible and would lean towards an Irish store. In recent weeks whilst purchasing in Nassau St. branch, I have been refused a paper bag for my shopping unless I paid for same. On one such occasion I had spent over 500 euro on Christmas shopping. I really did feel like returning the lot. I am most disappointed with this new policy. Kilkenny is not a grocery store, I do not plan to carry bags to town because I may perchance purchase an item in Kilkenny store. I find this new policy most off putting, yesterday I paid for your small red paper bag advertising your sale as I walked around town. I strongly suggest you review your policy and provide your customers with a paper bag free of charge.
