Poor service . Item never delivered for christmas gift. I had to contact kilkenny shop and apparently item out of stock but I was still charged for it and never notified it was out of stock. I don't know when I was going to be refunded if I didn't make contact. Very poor communication .
I will not be purchasing from Kilkenny shop website again.
