I ordered a crystal shamrock Christmas ornament. Order was delivered promptly however missing a small component which was a small tag with the year stamp. Customer care tried their best to locate the missing component and even sent out a replacement, which was also missing the year tag. I collect these each year so I love to get the year tag. Customer care were very helpful and very prompt in their responses. Unfortunately their stock of the ornament had no year tag. Overall disappointed but I would continue to order from Kilkenny in future as this was outside their control.
