I ordered almost 300.00 euros worth of Xmas decorations pre Xmas and according to your promotion they would be delivered before Xmas. I did order in plenty of time.... Well they were delivered but not on the date the courier advised....I phoned customer service and they couldn't or wouldnt tell me where they were. They told me to phone the courier and they couldn't tell me either. It was Xmas eve when I got them. The courier tossed them over the electric gate even though the boxes were marked fragile. Not a nice experience. I don't think I'll be doing an online purchase with Kilkenny Design anytime soon.
