Awful service. Items ordered on 13th December while website advertised that they could still be delivered for Christmas. Still have not received.
rang Kilkenny shop on 27th December and after holding for a long time was told that the persons answering phone were only relief staff and could not answer queries so i had to call back.
Rang the delivery company, they said they could not talk to me with out invoice.
I emailed Kilkenny shop and still have not received invoice.
waiting on refundd now but no confirmation.
Will never use this company again
