I ordered a quilt and received a duvet. I got nowhere when asked for a return label so that I can return it.
I'm asking for nothing for my troubles. I just don't want to pay shipping again for an item that was described incorrectly on the site. None of the multiple customer service people were helpful. They just told me repeatedly that a duvet and a quilt are the same. They don't seem to be bothered about losing a customer.
