Kilkennys designs customer service was incredibly frustrating. They guaranteed Xmas delivery before a certain date it was called out specifically on their website but once they handed over the item to an post who were back logged they washed their hands of it. All my emails regarding delivery date were sent to different people, every person had a different unhelpful response. And obviously were notbtaking the time to read my querie fully. When I finally did speak to someone they said they'd call me back but never did. I won't be shopping with them again ... especially as item arrived damaged ... not worth even emailing them about it as its not worth the stress.
