Oh yea I won't forget it..I thought it was a joke..I went to kilkenny shop in nutgrove before Xmas.. Both something expensive and I asked the staff attending me in the till if they gift wrap it..And she said yes. SHE PUT IT ON KILKENNY PAPER BAG !!AND CHARGE ME ON IT THE PAPERBAG . DID SAME WITH THE REST OF THE CUSTOMERS. I ASKED THE STAFF AND SMIRKED ON ME! I BUY ALOT IN KILKENNY IN FOR GIFTS ABROAD AND THIS IS UR SHOP NOW. WOW ..STANDARDS GONE OFF THE WINDOWS.
