When my order arrived it was faulty I contacted customer services. They immediately sent a.replacement. I told them I was going on holidays and didn't want a box left outside my door. They said they put it in a jiffy bag to go through my letter box. They sent it express delivery so it arrived before I went on holiday. I was impressed with their friendly efficient service.
