I found the quality of my order very good as I expected. However your customer service department was poor. The bot timed out before answering my query, no one answered the phone, one email elicited a non answer and the next was ignored. My query was simple. AN Post tracking reported that my order hadn't been received, I just needed confirmation that it had been sent. I paid for express delivery to Europe as I wanted the goods before I went away. In the event they arrived in time but I had the worry that they wouldn't when better customer service could have put my mind at ease.
