I ordered crystal glasses shortly before Christmas which got lost in shipping. Customer Service at Kilkenny Design was very helpful at getting a replacement shipment sent. The Galway Erne aqua glasses themselves are one of the most lovely things I own and are a great match to my dinnerware. I can’t wait for the opportunity to set a full “fancy” table to show them off a bit. I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience.
