I found the staff in Nutgrove very pleasant and helpful. I was a bit annoyed though after purchasing a guess bag that there as a charge for a paper bag to put it in. Generally I carry my own carrier bags but the bag I purchased was too big for them.
Other than that, Kilkenny Shop is a lovely shop to browse around and maybe treat yourself to something nice.
