5 star - the staff are polite, personable and professional. If they don't know something, they say and bring in a colleague who can assist, and seem to use it as a learning/training/development opportunity - lovely to see. The assistance they provide, and their courtesy makes it a pleasure to shop.... which is a rare thing indeed these days.
