I love the Kilkenny shop. However its shipping policies need attention. I ordered Jo Brown oils gift boxes on the 3rd of September. I did not receive an active tracking number for shipping and I’ve been asked for product feedback on the 25th September without sight or sound of any products! Why FedEx or UPS is not used is beyond me.
