Tried to contact customer support to help with a tech issue I was experiencing on the website to make a large purchase and was offered no help at all - couldn't process purchase over phone, couldn't advise how to correct the issue on the website, couldn't hold the items in-store so I could come to purchase them in person. Ended up costing significantly more to purchase the items, which obviously serves company's interest but would definitely recommend against purchasing from them.
