Bought a braclet for my daughter in yhe kilkenny branch, out of stock online, but a lovely girl called Marie (I hope I got her name right) sourced one for me. I collected it brought it home but on looking at it didn't think she would actually like it as looks slightly different than the pic online. Brought it back today and I got a different one which was slso inline no problems with refund very professional and super friendly. Thank you Marie
