Purchased a pair of Earrings online. Parcel arrived with the incorrect earrings delivered. After numerous attempts to make contact with the Company, and listening to an automated message that 'all our Customer Service 'Agents' are busy' I eventually got to speak to a person. I explained their error. She asked for a photo of the earrings which I received. This I emailed to her. I was then asked a second time to send the same thing. I then had to ring her to tell her she had got what she was asking me for. Kilkenny did not have the earrings which were advertised on it's website. It would/ could not get the correct earrings for me. The Company refunded the purchase price and the incorrect earrings were picked up from my home. No email was received apologizing for their error. I would not recommend buying anything online from Kilkenny. You might not get what you buy. It is not a professional operation and Customer Service is poor.
