Very disappointed, one of the gifts we ordered well in advance as a Christmas gift was not delivered. It has now been delivered after I wrote to you but delivered in mid January when it was was a Christmas present was not good. Another present was delivered to the wrong address and took the parties to sort it out. Never got any delivery receipt for the 3rd gift. Very poor service.
