I ordered on two occasions. The first was a Robin tree decoration this eventually arrived. The packaging was filthy and in a poor state. Thankfully the ornament was not damaged. I rang on two occasions regarding when the parcel was expected to be delivered. I was told a date but the parcel did not arrive. I made a second call and was told the parcel was being delivered that day (19.12.24)..it did eventually arrive later on in the day in a poor condition. I made a second purchases from you,this arrived without any problem. I did send an email regarding the late arrival of my first item but did not get any response. Regards, Danica Charles
