I've had excellent service from this Company. The only downer was that the packing of the cutlery set was not was sufficient for freighting. Hence it arrived damaged. A replacement was received very swiftly. All in all this Company has been fantastic in dealing with me in a timely manner. I would recommend you buy your cutlery set from them (& check out their website they have plenty of items for sale).
