It took 3 weeks for my parcel to be delivered. Kilkenny Design customer service were extremely fast to get back to me when I complained and very helpful. It turned out to be an An Post issue in the end with no actual explanation behind it, which seems to be An Post's current standard of service. I would shop at the Kilkenny Design physical store again but I won't be ordering off the website so long as An Post is their delivery contractor. I was very happy with my order once it finally arrived.
