The item i received i loved and wanted to keep. Unfortunately it was faulty so i had to return it.
I think the delivery charges that Kilkenny applies are too high but i did ask for the delivery charge to be refunded to me when i returned the item. This was done which i appreciated. Next charges €2 - much more affordable.
The reception in the store on Nassau Street is not good so I struggled to retrieve my receipt from my email account when returning the item. Not ideal so i feel that Kilkenny is not really set up for online shopping.
