Kilkenny shop has a good range of irish products and some non-irish too all at reasonable prices. I would prefer if it focussed exclusinvely on Irish products and more original design. The cafe is very good too. Online shopping is good but I find the products are over-packaged - a lot of bubble wrap to make up space in a box that is too big for the items purchased. This could be improved and would likely save money for the company.
