If I could give zero stars, I would. But I guess I should have read reviews before purchasing. Was sent a plush toy with faulty, uneven stitching. Which made my plush toy have wrinkled horns. Contacted them and I was told that it is not faulty. After 10 emails (a few very much automated ones) and multiple pictures sent I was still told that if I want an exchange I need to pay for my delivery for sending item back to them and to send out a new one. Please tell me how this is not faulty? BTW under their returns policy, company pays for faulty returns.
