Never experienced such a bad customer service!
I bought a lot of items and enjoyed their quality. Only one jeans (41€) didn't fit.
I wanted to return it (9€ porto). After 2 weeks Killstar sent me an email and told me, it wouldn't work because the jeans was full of animal hair (evidence photo showed like 10 hairs max.), but well, I understood that. So I asked them to return exactly this jeans to me, because I PAID for it (all inklusive 50€). Answer: we'll see, what we can do for you.
After that I heard nothing from Killstar. I claimed and asked for the jeans again. The reply: please pay 5,99€ so we can send it back.
Okay.... well... no words for that.
But here's the kicker: when I click the Link to pay, it first shows the 5,99€ and after that the calculation:
41€ Jeans
-41€ Jeans
+5.99€ Porto
+41€ Jeans
=47€
What the ****?
I have to pay for the jeans a second time?
