Placed an order for a present and then no more than a 39 seconds after realized that I forgot to add something needed.
Contacted Killstar to explain what had happened to enquire if they could refund one postage as they are coming to the same address. Killstar informed me that this is not possible, there is no option to cancel the order even though it is a Sunday evening and nothing is going to postage till Tuesday.
This shows a lack of acceptable customer service from Killstar
