Absolutely terrible experience with this company I made a purchase and received no tracking information so I asked to cancel the order and filed a charge back with my bank because I had no communication from killstar for nearly a week. As soon as I filed the charge back killstar sent out my parcel so it was apparently too late too cancel the order. This was fine, but as soon as I received my package I went through the whole return policy ,I contacted kill star and paid for shipping to Germany from my own pocket. That was the 17th of november 2024. It is now december 16th so a full month later and I still have not received a refund or any communication from them. I have reached out multiple times through their contact us page, the email they emailed me on and their contact number which was never answered. This is absolutely disgraceful customer service and I recommend you avoid this company completely.
