Ordered a dress that doesn’t fit, scent it back. I had to pay a ridiculous amount for tracked postage only for them to tell me they couldn’t accept my return because of “hair” on the dress. Been emailing back and forth ever since and all they can offer me is store credit when the last thing I want to do is spend my hard earned money on their dishonest store.
